Ms. Helen A. Johnson Head Instructor 2nd Degree Black Belt, HapKiDo 15 Years Experience Helen A. Johnson, is a USKMAF certified 2nd Dan (Degree) Black Belt in the Korean Art of HapKiDo and trained for several years in the Japanese art of Aikido. Ms. Johnson has 15 years of martial arts experience and continues to train in HapKiDo under the instruction of: Master Instructor Christopher Shirey, 4th Dan HapKiDo, www.unitedhapkido.net Grandmaster J.R. Our Assistant Instructors are trained USKMAF certified Black Belts practiced in the art of HapKiDo, and in some cases, have previous experience in other martial arts. Assistant Instructors work closely with the Head Instructor to maintain the integrity of the art, curriculum and instruction offered at our school. Part of their on-going training includes helping to instruct children’s classes, conducting class warm-ups and exercises and assisting students with their HapKiDo techniques.
